Late Nymph: Perhaps the third or fourth instar

This insect undergoes a remarkable change in coloration during development.
The first stage of the bug are light yellow with red eyes and transparent
legs and antennae. The later stages become more green with a variety of
colors mixed in from red to yellow to black and white as shown in this
photo.
