We have been captivated by our recent avian visitor, a female Rufous Hummingbird from Alaska.
This fairly rare visitor to the southeast found its way to our one and only hummer feeder at our house.
This video chronicles our first encounter with Rufous hummingbirds in southeast Alaska where they breed and the most recent encounter right in our back yard.
