Falcons are raptors with thin tapered wings, which enable them to fly at high speed and to change direction rapidly. Peregrine falcons have been recorded diving at speeds of 200 miles per hour which miakes them among the fastest moving creatures on earth.
Falcons kill with their beaks whereas hawks, eagles and other raptors kill with their feet.
