This picture is terrible but it will remind us of a HUGE motorcade we saw heading in the opposite direction. It must have been someone pretty important because they probably had 20 motorcycle escorts first followed by another dozen or so official vehicles, (everyone with flashing lights), that seemed to be protecting a black limo sedan in the middle. By the time I got the camera on and ready, I got just the tail end of the motorcyclists.
