We arrived at our motel around midnight. The following day was our one full-day in Mexico. During the morning, the majority of the women and children on the trip worked out of the "mission", dividing 50-lb bags of pinto beans and rice into zip-lock containers to give away (we ended up giving away about 700-800 zip lock bags of it) while the rest sorted thru new clothing donated by WalMart to hand out on the next trip. This was Alex and another youth unloading the 50-lb bags of beans and rice into the mission before they went to the construction site to help out there.
