A building under construction, that once it's finished, will "appear" to be turned upside down. Look at it closely to see what I mean. A co-worker back in Austin checked it out on-line and when finished, it will be "WonderWorks", Tennessee's only upside-down amusement park for the mind. In it will have 150 interactive exhibits for the mind and a ride that allows the visitor to experience a "3.5 earthquake". There is a similar one already in Orlando, FL.
