My water canteen being passed from one roofer to another. I (finally) realized that the roofing crew was in hotter temps, had less shade and did harder work than the ground crew and should have their own water up there. So I'd fill my canteen with ice/water each a.m. (Wed-Fri) and had them keep it up there for faster access.
