This was the original formal dining room (photo taken during escrow). It is on the right side of the front door when standing outside. I decided to make it our family room since it was adjacent to the kitchen, to make it more accessible for getting food/drinks while watching T.V. since we eat 95% of our meals there, so this is now our family room. We replaced the original chandelier with a ceiling fan/light.
