I stood with my back to the exterior door in the previous picture and took a picture towards the door leading into the breezeway. (The laundry room shares the common wall behind the red tool box.) If this room were to be turned into a 4th bedroom, the laundry room (could) be turned into a 3rd bathroom. This room has it's own door leading to out front, with parking right outside. If the laundry room were converted to a bathroom, these two rooms could be turned into a studio apartment.
