I got to be the one to get out and open the gate for Dave to drive through, then close it after him. The parking area is adequate for one vehicle but would be tight if 2-3 were there and someone wanted to turn around to leave. The caretaker's casita is just behind the row of fan palms on the left and the rental house is straight ahead, almost the same elevation as I was standing when taking this picture.
