A picture to show how high the trail climbed, and when the temperature was 100 degrees and you are barefoot, walking along a dirt-rocky path, you easily felt that elevation! However, even though I'm complaining, I sure couldn't complain about the view and felt they were ALL worth our sore/scorched feet bottoms!!! :)
