A co-worker of mine sent me a picture of a hat similar to this (made for adult men) and asked if I could make one for a 3-yr-old friend of his family's. The chin part was specifically made brown to give the impression of a beard. I used Ryan as my model to see if the size seemed appropriate (for a 3-yr-old) even though Ryan just turned 6.
