That same "canopy/tunnel", 2 hours later on our return hike, with rain clouds darkening the area. It was a bit spooky walking thru it. I think both of us hastened our steps a bit as we traveled thru it the second time. The darkness of this picture makes it deceptive looking. Had I just been viewing this gallery, I would have thought this picture was taken, looking UP a pathway, when instead, it's looking DOWN the pathway; what an optical illusion the picture came out to be!
