Dave & I took a brisk walk around the 1-mile loop that they live on soon after we arrived. Then I immediately went on a second lap of it. He went down to the lower deck while I was on my second loop walk, taking this picture and the next right as I returned.
The lower deck area of the house is the width of the 1-bdrm apartment we stayed in; the un-decked part of that lower floor to the left is the studio "Casita apartment". The owners have the full upper floor.
