On the day we brought the camera to the pool, I swam roughly 30 minutes (stopping now and then to very-briefly visit with Dave, who was also in the pool at that time), and then after laying out to get sun for a while, I swam 45 minutes straight. We'd also taken a 50-minute brisk walk on base just prior to going to the pool.
