Alex helping wrap another contestant's knees. It might seem easy but Alex has not been able to do some of his lifts due to one or both knees being wrapped either too tight (losing circulation to his lower extremeties) or being too loose and causing him to possibly damage his knees if he tried going down too low with the heavy weights.
