I saw this baby foal during one of Dave's and my "driving dates". We stopped and asked the owner if I could take pictures and she agreed. (She was going to show the foal to her friends anyway.) The Mom is "Shannon's Ecstacy" named after the owner that I met (Shannon). They named the baby T.C. Valentine because it was born sometime after midnight on Valentine's Day. T.C. stands for "Too Cute"! This breed of horse is usually born dark brown in color, but as it ages the brown turns into the light grey like this Momma, starting with just above the hoves and moving upwards. This family buys and breeds retired thoroughbred racing horses that will hopefully one day, become more thoroughbred champions!
