Highlands Hideaway was an AMAZING home (estate) about 10 minutes outside of Bragg Creek, which is southwest of Calgary. It was about an hour's drive from the Calgary airport. The owners lived on the main level and all but two rooms in the entire downstairs were ours, not quite 2,500 sq. ft. for us!!! So, lots of space but that's before seeing just how beautifully furnished and decorated it was. They are situation on 4 acres (that feels like 10), surrounded in all direction by trees. This was truly the gem of our whole vacation's lodging choices! The outside photos would have looked WAY better had it not been light-rainy weather our whole 2 days here.
