Camp Shannon

I am pacing Shannon Farar-Griefer at Western States this year in June. We were going to run the WS training run this weekend, but due to other commitments, she invited me to stay with her, which is something we've been wanting to do for years together. Alas, I am finally here in Southern CA. There is no snow here, the sun is brilliant, the air warms up delightfully by late morning. The 40 miles of trails are just 3 blocks away. Simply spectacular. So much fun and much needed R&R. See for yourself how hard we are working....
