Chicken soup for dinner, tonight....nope, fortunately nobody is sick, but we bought a dozen organic,
farm raised chickens, from a friend of a friend, last trip to Asotin, so chicken soup it is! I also
roasted one, last week, and it was VERY good too....one of the advantages of having a place over in
a small farming community is getting being able to get good, healthy farm raised beef and chicken.
