Marine Plankton

These are photos of projected microscopic images of marine plankton. They do not do the subject justice, but I was so inspired by these living, moving plants/animals that I am determined to learn to photograph them myself microscopically in the future.

For now these are a marker to come back to, again and again.

The one labeled "Diatom:thalassiosira" should be "Dinoflagellate: Dinophysis"
