Yep. It's Okmulgee. And the dolls in the police cars are store mannequins, not inflateable dolls! I had Chinese for lunch today, and this is on the corner.

I think I know what town this must be in. Doesn't surprise me. They still have inflatable dolls in their "retired" police cars parked along the road?
