My best lens of all-time, by far. A highly-rated superzoom that I've wanted ever since it came out, for a long time it sold above its $750 list price (already high for me to begin with) commonly going for $900 even at Fred Miranda etc. Finally in late 2007 it started coming down, and I started in mid-2008 seeing them sell in the $550-600 range. In June 2008 I sold my 18-135mm AF-S, 75-150mm Series E, and spare 18-55mm (a 3rd copy I never used) to help raise the funds. It arrived 6-23-2008 but missed it, got it 6-24-2008.
