At the top left overlooking the Pacific is the second incarnation of the Cliff House; there have been five. It sits at the end of the toll road which later became Geary Boulevard. On the right, Fort Point can be seen at the northern most point in San Francisco which became the southern anchorage of the Golden Gate Bridge.
