Stinkbug eggs (Pentatomidae)

At home

Found this tiny cluster (about 3/4mm in size) underneath a red osier dogwood leaf. It appears that there are still some eggs yet to hatch, or maybe they won't.

What are the bugs beside the eggs up to? They're too large to have just hatched out of these eggs, and too small to have laid them.
