Elm sphinx moth caterpillar (Ceratomia amyntor), #7786

Reveler Conservation Area

This caterpillar, on a rock elm tree, is also called Elm Sphinx in its larval stage because of the four 'horns' above its head. To see the adult it will become: https://pbase.com/laroseforest/image/167648719. I forgot to add that the head is on the right side of the body.
