Leafhopper (Oncopsis ?)

K&P trail, Lanark County

While looking at something else I suddenly noticed this small but interestingly coloured leafhopper. I don't know which species it is, but it might be in the genus Oncopsis.

He does have kind of a waxy look - must be all that shiny green food he's munching.
