This pretty little yellow caterpillar is the earlier instar (or younger version if you will) of the other caterpillar just seen on the right (a photo of which I posted yesterday... see NEXT). You can just see the same pattern, but fainter. This is why caterpillar ID is so difficult... they can change so dramatically from one instar to the next.
