Mer Bleue Bog area. Caterpillars are becoming increasingly difficult to find as autumn rolls on. But this beautifully coloured one stood out on its perch of purple loosestrife. I have no idea why it is called Otter Spiramater. It feeds on a wide variety of tree species, so am not sure what it was doing on the loosestrife, but it didn't appear to be feeding on it.
