Dimorphic jumping spider (Maevia inclemens), female

Found on a hawthorn shrub alongside a trail in Ottawa's west end. This was large, for a jumping spider, at about 9mm, and the red band on the abdomen really caught my eye. She was a very bold and feisty jumping spider, as they all are!
