Shed skin (exuviae) of an Acutalis brunnea treehopper

This tiny (about 2mm) skin was one of several I found on goldenrods at the Fletcher Wildlife Garden. Bug Guide confirmed that this is indeed the exuviae of the Acutalis treehopper, of which there were many in the general vicinity.
