Orange Peel sac fungi (Aleuria aurantia)

Here is another shot of the orange peel fungi. In the sun you can see how vividly orange it is. This one looks like a perfect little bowl!

But someone sipped out all the orange juice! What a great image and how interesting this fungi. The light on its vivid color intensifies its saturation, it seems, making this a lovely bowl indeed.
