Goat's beard (Tragopogon pratensis)

Another common to abundant non-native species. This one is often known in Britain as Johnny-go-to-bed-by-noon, because the flowers usually close up by mid-day! The name Goatsbeard comes from the resemblance of the downy seedheads to a goat's beard!
