Dominion Arboretum in Ottawa (5 Galleries)

The first trees in the Dominion Arboretum were planted in 1889. Since then many species from around the world have been planted. The Friends of the Farm "help to care for the Arboretum, the Ornamental Gardens and other public areas of the Central Experimental Farm in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada." The Arboretum has a wonderful collection of Magnolia trees and a visit in spring is definitely worthwhile.
