Seabrook was once an important agricultural hub. Its time has passed. It is now just a row of old shipping sheds. I am standing where the railroad tracks once ran, but these too were removed in the last year.
This old barn or shed bears witness to the fury of some past hurricane. It is only 100 yards down to the Whale Branch River, and from there about 5 miles to the open ocean.
