Took our guests to my husbands golf club for dinner last night...This timepice graces the lawn at the 19th hole !! Perhaps it's to remind some to go home to their golfing widows :>)

I liked this one taken of a old fallen gum tree & the water reflections

This gave me a giggle. I think it's been many a month since anyone ignored the plea

My in-laws have almost the same sundial - although there's was a bit less ancient!

Can take a shock and keep ticking. Wonderful time piece.

Rustic old time piece!

Neat find and capture. Does it work like a sundial?

Interesting looking contraptions, though I could never quite figure how the work. Shame that this one is being left to the elements.

These are cool! I've always wondered how they work though...

Amazing minds put this together. Great shot

Perhaps it was a golf-widows idea for an ornament?
Guest 05-Feb-2005 21:37
very nice to see all of the green scenery even if the light is too hazy for the timepiece
to do its stuff.

I find my local course is great for walking the dogs !! Never got the bug for the game though...
