Not as good as I hoped, but better than I imagined...if that makes sense !!
Very occasionally does the odd bumble bee drop by the garden & when they do it's very hard to keep up with their darting about.
Tis a good thing he showed up as the only other inspiration I had for today was this

This is great Laine, I have never seen a bee like this, and as far as your other inspiration, I would have been more inspired to kill the sucker!! Ugh, I hate spiders.

Both look great to me, but I think the green on this chaps back makes this the better option (albeit the spider was very cool).

Those bees are tough to keep up with , I've never managed to get a good image of one.... This is wonderful! I don't think we have bumblebees that look like that over here....

very nice capture! funny to see a green-black bumble. In the UK bumble bees are black and yellow striped. :)

That's a different bee - must only live in Q'land? Never seen anything like that where we live. He's a cutey and looks good on Scabrosa!

Beautiful image, I never have any luck with bees, they are too fast for me. I love the dark bee agains the bright color of the flower.
