At around 6 am this morning the fog rolled in. Taken as I was closing our gate on my way out.. Makes a change from bushfire smoke that has
been around for several days during this high risk period.

Excellent b&w nature shot! I love this time of day with the mist - best time in Australia for pictures too - first and last hour of daylight!

Fantastic shot Laine. Dawn would have to be my favourite time of the day. However, I'm a bit concerned that you were on your way out when this shot was taken. You don't start work that early, surely!

Ooooohh. I adore this one. There is just a fantastic, magical air about it, and I love it in black and white. Truly, I have been to Sherwood once on a misty day in late fall, and it felt very much like this -- I agree with Karen about expecting Robin Hood to step out of the shadows at any moment. Great shot.
