Beautifully framed shot, Jess. This is stunning. As for Pbase, I think it has the best and most well organized interface of the photo sharing sites. That's why I've stuck with them. If you're looking for a site where people provide very helpful and sometimes critical comments for improving one's photographs, naturephotographers.net recommended by the Gerlachs is the place, and I have found it to be very worthwhile to be on there too.

well here's at least part of the answer...the sensitivity, artistry, and skill in your photographs confirms just how dedicated you are to the medium, and the personal enjoyment you get from it...pbase is not perfect, but then nothing is...it has still provided a meeting place for enthusiasts all over the planet...and that lively and talented community of photographers can share their work and impressions here so easily and rewardingly..the site would be so much poorer without your wonderful presence and folio of images..
