Smoky Mountains - The Third day and departure

On the third day we climbed the Ramsay Cascades Trail. This was the most challenging climb of the trip. We climbed over 2000 feet over a distance of 4 miles.

We reached the cascades in time for lunch. This time it was peanut butter and jelly sandwiches!
