Built before the turn of the century by Joshua Broyles, this cabin was moved and rebuilt by his nephew, P.E. Hill on the site of the Princeton-Mercer County Chamber of Commerce. He had to dismantle the original cabin and fireplace, labeling the logs and stones, and then with the help of family rebuild it here on its present site. The shakes for the roof were donated by the MCHS.
