Rainy Day Mums

West Virginia

It's been raining all week. I'm surprised the mums have survived.

Yes, it was and is raining in your area. I just spent the day at Charles Town Racing and Slots - my FIRST experience at losing money to one-armed bandits - and it rained all the way there and all the way back. I imagine it is raining right now. Luckily, I have your nice picture to soothe my gambled-out nerves.

Very well done. I like the the detailed layering of the petals.

Well captured!
I don't seem to be able to capture whites very well. They always seem a bit over exposed.

Nice. Mums are certainly the most forgiving flower. They can endure many hardships and still bounce back.

Tough flowers, nice shot.

Mine still look good although they are up against the house.
These are so cheery and bright.
