Chickory

West Virginia

Felt the need to shoot something pretty this morning.

Chickory is abundant here. That's how Bluefield, WV got it's name.

Olympus C-5050Z

other sizes: small medium original auto

So THAT'S what chickory looks like. Well, it's gorgeous, but I don't like it mixed in coffee! Beautiful shot, Karen.

So well done. The little bee crawling to the center is terrific!

I find this blue very hard to photograph but I took some a few days ago. Nice capture with the insect.

Chickory, huh? Thanks. I got almost the same shot on Saturday. I had planned on calling it "lavender thingie".
