Your rusty oldies look prettier than ours. And I´m wondering about the rather new back wheel. Like the shot. v

Excellent find and capture. I remember some movie studios made great use these Packards in the mid to late 1900's. ~V

An old Packard. An expensive car in its day. Looks like a '38. I'm getting nostalgic.

I agree with John. The complementary tones are gorgeous. Beautiful light and superbly composed. Love the rust and textures. I think of all the years these cars provided transport to people and the pleasure the first owners had when they took delivery. V

Nice complimentary tones in the old rust buckets and Fall colours.

Wow, what a find! I noticed the new tire right away. Wondering if maybe they put new tires on the back so it could be towed to this spot. I hope someone plans to restore them. It would be a shame not to.
Meanwhile, I really like the photo... especially the rusty colors throughout. V

Quick squirt of WD40, a bit of gaffer tape... they'll run like new!
The whiteness of the tyre walls and the general condition of the wheels seem incongruous when compared to the state of the body. I'm wondering whether someone has moved them there with the intent of doing a bit of renovation, and with a bit more than gaffer tape.
Shooting them under the autumnal trees would be a suitable metaphor but in their current condition they're edging close to winter.

Wonderful capture of what appears to be a graveyard for old cars. Lovely color in both the foliage and the rust. V.
