I lived in Beckley WVa.From birth until I was 16 yrs old,I love bluestone dam I fished there with my father and mother sisters and brothers they still live there and go there quite often,I love the Rhododendrons fresh smell of the air almost heaven country roads

Hi, I lived in the country in W Va when a child. Bluestone Dam took our land and we moved to Bellepoint, now Hinton. I watched the Dam being built. I left there after the 7th. grade. I am going back to visit over labor day with my daughter and aunt after a long time away. Betty Lou (Honaker) Brown

Thanks for the beautiful pictures. I went to school in Hinton, my parents and sisters still live in WV and I am always searching the web for new sites and photos of southern WV and I love yours. Great pictures...I used one of them for my desktop...will be back to look for more!!
