Nice and honest photography - something the Chinese regime tries to hide... Amazing those poeple look so innocent in those photos, yet brainwashed by the government propaganda will do horrible things...

It is certainly one look at China. To some of the critics above, have a look at other galleries Marcin has on China - they show full sets of pictures with some rather different from the ones here. Still, given the whole hoopla about China it's good the have a different look at the reality on the ground here (posted from Beijing btw)

Amazing gallery. I appreciate this side of China that you are presenting here. Such a beautiful, rich, interesting and humorous country deserves a wide range of treatments and perspectives. Since the Chinese Represent roughly 1/5th of the earth's population they have a lot to tell; good, bad and gray.

Your comments are really killing your pictures. I can make such pictures and comments on any country, especially Poland which I visited some time ago. I have lived many years in Zhejiang province (Ningbo) and for sure you did not manage to capture what is really there.

The whole gallery is photographically excellent and i find some of the shots high class ones. Also i find some reason in guest's comment and i don't like some titles. I think that titles like "school in Zhejiang", "bookstore", "siesta", "how he can turn?, "beer for everybody" are very good and even if they may suggest some criticism, they do it in a "journalistic" and not offensive way. The quality of the photos shown here would deserve a different approach in choosing your titles. Best regards from Italy Mario

I think it's tasteless to mock any country the way you did. After all, anyone can take these kinds of pictures in ANY country - even in your beloved Poland - so what's the point? The world needs more civility towards our fellow human beings and your posting does nothing towards that end, and you might consider taking it down.
