Well composed and you have managed to retain detail in the sky which is difficult in bright sunny conditions. well done! - Stephen

LOL....well, I supposed such an improvement on the restraint/civility front was perhaps too much to hope for. But yes please, my palate eagerly awaits Marmite abuse. DF

Look David - do you want that Marmite or not? Restraint and civility indeed!
Nice shot Silas - and nice to see that lovely old E100 getting a run out too.
Kind Regards - the old bloke.

Hey there Silas! Wonderful that you are participating....and it's clear you've set yourself a very high standard with these three first images. I especially like this one and the girl. (You'll need to do some resizing on the ones that exceed 800 pixels on the long dimension.) Silas, with you in the game, best thing is we'll probably experience some restraint and civility (finally!) from your dear papa, who has been running amok around here forever. Heartiest Welcome to you and your photography. DF (David)

Very nice, Silas, I like your documentary style, love the way the eye is led into this image.
You need to resize this and the first one as they overflow the screen, even on my large monitor.
Otherwise fantastic and i hope you'll contribute regularly. Get the old geezer to lend you his 14nx so that you can contribute to the other gallery as well.
Flick.
