SHELTON, CT - At approximately 6:10am on July 7, the Shelton Fire Department was dispatched to 151 Center Street for a reported structure fire in Antonio’s Italian Style Pizza. First in units from Shelton’s Company 1 reported a 3-story brick residential over commercial with fire showing in the rear. All occupants were evacuated from the structure and the fire was quickly knocked down. The fire had started behind a light switch in the basement and took control of the basement stairs and extended upward into the first floor stairwell.
