是餐廳的招牌菜之一. 整隻雞排靚上碟,賣相好靚,
燒得皮好脆,但除左右髀鎚位部分多肉外,其他每一舊都骨大而肉都薄,不知道究竟是斬得差,還是不完整,總之感覺上並不理想.
