Crow Creek - Rabun County, Georgia

Crow Creek Falls consists of 2 falls in Rabun County north of Tallulah Falls. Take 441 North from Tallulah Falls about 2 miles to Old 441 (there should be a sign for the Rabun Beach Rec. Area) and make a left.
Stay on Old 441 about 2.5 miles to Lake Rabun Road (it will be a mjor intersection and you are coming from one of the Forks in the road). Stay on Lake Rabun Road about 6 miles until you come up on the Lake Seed Damn Bridge on your left. You will see it as the road to the bridge will drop off to your left. Take that one lane bridge until and go a few hundred yards the road will make a right (a unpaved road will be in front of you), stay to the right on the paved road and proceed about .25 miles and look for Crow Creek Road on your right. Take Crow Creek Road about 4.9 miles and smaller falls will be visible fromt he road on your left. You can park around here and then walk in upstream about 5 minutes on the trial behind the blocking mounds to see the larger falls.

The short and easy accessiblity for both of these make them a worth while visit. you can get closer to the inner falls and it is a bit nicer than the falls near the road.

All these were shot with Canon 20D and 24-70L with ND and CP filters. Processed using Bibble Pro and PS CS.

I rate these falls a 6-7 and access difficulty is a 3.
